CELESTIAL GRANT OUR STORY
This started long before the brand did.
My name is Jesuferanmi. In Yoruba, it means "Jesus loves me." I did not fully understand the weight of that name growing up, but looking back now, it was always pointing me toward something. The belief that every person is loved, chosen, and granted something from above was never just a philosophy I stumbled upon. It was written into my identity before I ever had a choice.
From a young age, the dream was always there. To create. To build something that meant something. Drawing, dancing, expressing. It came naturally. But at 18, life took a different turn. I enlisted in the United States Army and served three years as an infantryman. Those years built me in ways I cannot fully put into words. Discipline. Sacrifice. Brotherhood. But creativity got set aside. Not lost. Just waiting.
In 2023, I made the first attempt. A brand built from pure passion and hunger. It did not work out the way I hoped. But what looked like failure was quietly becoming the foundation.
In 2024, Celestial Grant was born. The name came from a truth I had been living without fully naming. That every single person on this earth has been granted gifts from above. Not as a maybe. Not as a possibility. As a certainty. Your gifts are not something you have to earn or discover by luck. They were placed inside of you on purpose, for a purpose.
We are not just building a clothing brand. We are building a reminder. Every piece we create carries the same message that has carried us through every setback, every restart, and every early morning when quitting felt easier than continuing.
