Where Is My Order?

Every CELESTIAL GRANT order that ships includes a tracking number sent directly to your email. Follow the steps below to locate your shipment.

Step 1 — Check Your Shipping Confirmation

Look for an email from us with the subject line "Your order is on its way". It contains a direct carrier tracking link, click it for real-time updates.

Step 2 — Use Your Order Status Page

You can also track your order through Shopify's order status page. In your original order confirmation email, click "View your order" to see fulfillment status and your tracking number.

Step 3 — Still Need Help?

If your tracking link isn't active yet, please allow up to 24 hours after your shipping confirmation for the carrier to register the scan. If it has been longer than that, we're here to help.

• Contact us and include your order number — we'll locate your shipment promptly.
